Inventories and Schedule of Conditions
An inventory and Schedule of Conditions is essential for the proper management of your Premises, whether they let furnished or unfurnished, to reduce the risk of a dispute arising in respect of the Deposit. Inventories should, where applicable, show that furnishings and electrical equipment comply with current legislation.
We do not employ inventory clerks. We can however upon request, supply you with a list of established firms for you to instruct or instruct on your behalf. If we arrange for an inventory clerk on your behalf, you will be responsible for their fee. Charges made by the inventory clerk should be based upon the time taken to prepare the inventory and Schedule of Condition and the time taken to check the Tenant in to the Premises. We cannot accept any liability for errors or omissions on their part.
