Rent  Payments

Rent must be paid in advance by standing order except where previously agreed at the start of the tenancy.  We may share with credit reference agencies your future rent payment performance and this may affect your future credit status. To avoid this happening please ensure that your rent is always paid on rent due date.

You will be notified in writing before your rent payment performance data is shared with any credit

reference agency.

Bills

Unless otherwise agreed and stated within the tenancy agreement, the charges for all gas, electricity and water supplied to the property during the tenancy are to be paid by the tenant.
