Brookwood Lettings  whose registered address is Brookwood Lettings & Management Limited, 315 Woodham Lane, New Haw, Surrey, KT15 3PA holds personal information about individuals such staff, tenants, Landlords and others, defined as data subjects in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018 ("Act")

Such data must only be processed in accordance with this Privacy Notice and the purposes for which the Agency holds and processes personal data. This Privacy Notice applies regardless of where the data is held.

WHAT THIS PRIVACY NOTICE  IS FOR

This policy is intended to provide information about how the Agency will use (or "process") personal data about individuals including: staff, tenants, their guarantors, current, past and prospective.

This information is provided because Data Protection Law gives individuals rights to understand how their data is used. Tenants Staff, Tenants, their Guarantors and Landlords are all encouraged to read this Privacy Notice and understand the Agency's obligations.

This Privacy Notice applies alongside any other information the Agency may provide about a particular use of personal data, for example when collecting data via an online or paper form.
